美版 Surface 雜志2012年五六月合刊邀請了日本時裝大師山本耀司（Yohji Yamamoto）出演封面人物，以高調宣佈本期主題“Legends at Work”，並祝賀大師將於今年夏天在以色列 Design Museum Holon 舉辦回顧展,coach2013夢幻新款目錄，不過大師的回應很有象征，“I never feel like any of my exhibitions are retrospectives. I don’t make clothes follwing a trend, They don’t old.”（我從沒感覺到我的任何展覽是回顧展，因為我從不追隨潮流設計衣服，它們不會老。）

Japanese fashion master Yohji Yamamoto covers the May/June 2012 issue of Surface, celebrating Yamamoto’s upcoming exhibition at Israel’s Design Museum Holon, but he said, “I never feel like any of my exhibitions are retrospectives.
